Refund and Exchange Policies
It is very important to me that buyers are happy with my work. If for some reason you are not happy, refunds and exchanges are available within 7 days. Shipping costs are not refunded on returned orders.
Custom orders are not refundable.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and take a photo of the damaged piece with the packaging and send it to me via email. In the event of a damaged or lost item, the Buyer will receive a refund or replacement after all documentation required by the insurance company has been provided.
If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient address or "non-deliveraable as addressed" I will contact the buyer immediately. A full refund minus the original shipping costs will be given to the buyer. If a second address is provided for re-shipping, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the second shipping.
